Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting sales, and conducting market research.
Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the agriculture industry (table grapes - a plus)
Familiarity with crop protection products and solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Marketing, or related field
